The space

The house has two stories with three bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs and two bedrooms and one bathroom downstairs. The master bedroom is en-suite.

The upstairs features a recently-renovated open plan kitchen/dining room/lounge with sweeping views of the ocean and the back of Table Mountain.

The balcony is accessed from the living room and master bedroom and is complete with a table + chairs and BBQ for grilling.

Secure parking for two cars is available in the attached garage. American security shutters keep the house safe and secure.

For families with small children, on request, the house includes a baby cot, high chair, toys, safety gate for the stairs and a jungle gym.

Housekeeping included twice a week, excluding public holidays.
