Sandy Bay Beach House is a residential home built in the 80’s and is
positioned in a quiet cul-de-sac on the edge of the Sandy Bay nature reserve
and on the highest road in Llandudno, giving you one of the most
breathtaking views in Cape Town.
The Sandy Bay nature reserve runs along the south side of the house and you
are able to see the magnificent bird life from the comfort of this home, with a
clear view all the way to Sandy Bay.
The pristine beaches are close by and the sunsets are spectacular and set
directly in front of the house, making it the perfect place to enjoy sundowners
on one of the terraces. There is also a pool area, which makes for great
outdoor entertaining.
This two leveled home has four bedrooms with fantastic views from every
room, all with en-suite bathrooms and a guest toilet. There is a large lounge
and dining area with table seating for 12. This opens onto a glorious view of
terraces with rim flow pool.
The kitchen has a glass conservatory that leads onto the pool area with an
outdoor 10- seater table and a gas barbeque.
There is a separate laundry room.

Llandudno
Come to a serene coastal village on the foot of Little Lion’s Head Mountain
and situated between Hout Bay and Camps Bay. It is 16km from Cape Town
which gives this sanctuary its peaceful atmosphere, free of traffic and
pollution. The beaches are clean with soft white sand and refreshing
seawater. If you heard that Cape Town has a laid-back atmosphere you aint
seen nothing until you come and rejuvenate your mind, body and soul in one
of the most beautiful places nature has provided.
Llandudno lies nestled in a private and peaceful cove with two of the most
secluded and beautiful, blue flag status beaches in Cape Town: Llandudno
beach and Sandy Bay beach. There is no commercial activity which makes
this area very private and exclusive. Camps Bay and Hout Bay are only a
short drive away and offer a large variety of bars, restaurants and shops.
