The kitchen is renovated and consists of a Smeg stove, microwave/convection oven, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and breakfast nook.
Within 100m of Llandudno private beach, a short 5 minute walk to the main beach, this beautiful residence has sea and mountain views. Fireplace. Uncapped WIFI. Full Satellite TV. Plus your own dedicated Housekeeper is included 3 days a week, with Saturdays by arrangement (but excluding all Public Holidays). The large pool is at the back of the house and is surrounded by lush greenery. This area is child proofed. The property is fully secured. Secure parking for 4-5 cars. Adjoining the pool area and attached to the back of the house and with a separate entrance is a small flatlet with a double bed, kitchenette, shower and toilet. This is usually rented separately to an individual for most of the year.
